What's
It Wednesday #48
Hi
everyone and welcome to another What's It Wednesday. I'm sorry for
being MIA but I've been dealing with some major computer issues. But
with that behind me, I'm excited for the holiday season. Today
I'm sharing one of my latest finds, a seven piece cruet set. One look
and I was in love with the frilly ornateness of it.
Cruet
sets were a Victorian invention that held the condiment of the day.
The silver topped ones held salt and pepper, and the center is a
mustard pot.
The
crystal stoppered bottles held oils and vinegars.
My
favorite is the ornate detailing and draping of the silver.
But
there's another secret, it turns like a Lazy Susan! I'd never seen
one like that before. For sixty bucks, I think I got a steal!
Thanks
for stopping by and happy shopping!
Hugs,
Patti
